Sickness & Absence Management

Employee absence is a significant cost to business.  Each week in the UK, around one million workers take time off work due to sickness (HSE 2005). Early support and intervention in cases of sickness can help to reduce the length of absence and facilitate an early return to work.

We will work in partnership with companies to determine reasons for prolonged or frequent sickness and give advice and guidance on the most effective actions to take to support your employee whilst they are unwell and help them to return to work.  We offer Sickness & Absence Medical appointments with our Occupational Health Consultant and an individualised detailed report is provided.  Please contact us to make a referral.
