Philippa Tubb

Phil joined the company as Managing Director in August 2007. She is a registered nurse with a Diploma in Tropical Nursing and has an MA in Education (Health Education and Health Promotion). Phil has a varied career history including working in emergency refugee healthcare in Sudan, Tanzania and DRC. Phil has previously worked as a senior manager in the NHS, specialising in the fields of clinical governance, risk management, quality and safety. In addition to her role in Well Travelled Clinics, Phil is also the Deputy Head of the Department of Clinical Sciences and LSTM's Designated Safeguarding Lead. She is one of the Co-Director of Studies for the Diploma in Travel Health run at LSTM.
